Razor Clams "Blossom Razor Clams"

Preparation


  • 1 can of New Moon Razor Clams
  • 1 piece of fried bean curd (tao kua)
  • 1 Japanese cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk of torch ginger bud
  • 1 stalk of lemon grass
  • 1 piece of chilli padiSauce:
  • 3 tps plum sauce
  • 2 tps calamansi juice
  • 3 tps sugarMix

Cooking Instructions


  1. Cut cucumber, fried bean curd and onion into pieces, chop and mash torch ginger bud, lemon grass and chilli.
  2. Mix the sauce and the razor clams together and stir well.
  3. Mix (1) and (2) together and place in the fridge for 1/2 hours before serving.
