plum sauce

calamansi juice

Cooking Instructions
Cut cucumber, fried bean curd and onion into pieces, chop and mash torch ginger bud, lemon grass and chilli.
Mix the sauce and the razor clams together and stir well.
Mix (1) and (2) together and place in the fridge for 1/2 hours before serving.
