Premium Locos "Braised Locos with Pak Choi"


  • 1 can New Moon Premium Locos
  • 300g Pak Choi
  • 200ml Broth
  • 2 tablespoon New Moon Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (sliced)Seasoning:
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon New Moon Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame OilPepperThickening:
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Starch + 2 tablespoon water, mixed wellMethod:

Cooking Instructions

  1. Removed New Moon Premium Locos from can, drained and cut into slices
  2. Boiled Pak Choi, drained and placed on a plate.
  3. Heat up the wok, pour in New Moon Canola Oil, fried the garlic slices, add in Chinese wine and broth.
  4. Next add in the seasoning and New Moon Locos, mixed well. Lastly add in the corn starch mixture.
  5. Place Locos on top of Pak Choi and serve.
