 Taste the traditional brew of Singapore’s very own Chinese Pork Ribs Soup (Bak Kut Teh) in the comforts of your home with this simple recipe.

Preparation


  • 1 Packet New Moon Bak Kut Teh Spices Traditional
  • 1.2kg pork ribs, blanched (or meat of your choice)
  • 12 cloves (1 bulb) garlic (lightly crushed)
  • 1800ml water

Cooking Instructions


  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add in the spice pack and garlic into the pot and simmer for 15 mins over medium heat.
  3. Add pork ribs and cook for another 45 mins, stir occasionally and serve.
