New Moon Singapore Black Pepper Spices (30g)

crab
2 tbsp
cooking oil
200ml
water
Coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Mix spices with water.
Heat cooking oil and spice mixture over medium low heat until fragrant.
Turn up to medium heat and add crabs.
Toss and stir until all the crabs are covered with spices. (Add more water if it is too dry)
Cover wok and allow mixture to simmer for 8-10 mins or until crabs are cooked.
Plate and garnish with coriander and serve.
