New Moon Sambal Prawn Recipe

  • 1 Packet New Moon Sambal Tumis Paste (100g)
  • 450g prawns with shell/squid (cut)
  • 100g lady finger (sliced)
  • 100g tomato (cut into wedges)
  • 30ml water

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a heated wok, add paste, prawns and lady finger, stir-fry for 2-3 mins on medium heat.
  2. Add water and tomato, stir-fry for 2-5 mins or until prawns are cooked, and serve.
