New Moon Rendang Recipe

Is rendang one of your favorite foods? Fret not, you can now easily make a dish of rendang beef, chicken, or any other meat on your own in the comfort of your home! This is especially useful for those who live far away from South East Asia, where such dishes are widely available, but still want a taste of home.

 

Preparation


  • 1 Packet New Moon Rendang Paste (100g)
  • 350g chicken or meat of your choice (cut into chunks)
  • 150ml of water

Cooking Instructions


  1. In a heated pan, stir-fry paste with chicken for 1 min.
  2. Add water, mix well and boil for 1-2 mins.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 20-25 mins or until meat is cooked and sauce has reduced to desired consistency.
  4. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
