  • 400g chicken or meat of your choice
  • 1 packet New Moon Rendang Paste
  • 200ml water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into the wok and mix well. Bring to boil for 2 minutes
  2. Lower the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken / meat is cooked.
  3. Stir occasionally till meat is cooked and sauce is thick / dried up till desired dryness.
  4. Ready to serve.
