  • [44 Calories] 1 packet New Moon Bak Kut Teh Spices Traditional (30g)
  • [1234 Calories] Pork Ribs with bone and fat (1kg)
  • [0 Calories] 12 cloves of garlic, lightly crushed (assume not consuming)
  • [0 Calories] Water (2 Litres)
  • [205 Calories] Mee Sua - Uncooked (60g)
  • [6 Calories] Lettuce x 3 pieces, raw (40g)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for about 1 minute, remove and drain.
  2. Bring to boil 2 litres of water and add the blanched ribs, garlic and New Moon Bak Kut Teh Spices (remove filter bag - Chef Recommendation) into the pot.
  3. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Remove the pork ribs and add mee sua into the boiling soup.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds or until mee sua are cooked.
  6. Place some raw lettuce, pork ribs and noodles in a bowl, pous some hot soup over.
  7. Ready to serve.
