Abalone Yu Sheng
NEW MOON ABALONE YU SHENG (CNY SPECIALS)
ABALONE YU SHENG
Additional Ingredients (optional):

white radish
80g
carrot
80g
green radish (or cucumber)
1-2 small lime
2 tbsp
olive oil (or any other vegetable oil)
Directions
Shred radish and carrot. Soak them in ice water for an hour.
Remove and twist dry with towel.
On a large plate, place shredded vegetables at the centre, followed by preserved vegetables around them.
Arrange New Moon Whole Abalones on top of the shredded vegetables.
Sprinkle the other condiments onto the salad in the following sequence: pepper, cinnamon powder, oil, yusheng sauce and lime juice.
Top up with Pok Chui Crackers, peanuts and sesame.
Ready to serve
*Note: Drain away the syrup from the preserved vegetables before use.
