1 bottle of New Moon Superior Bird Nest
Coconut water
Sweetened condensed milk
Sugar Syrup or syrup from nata de coco (I used red hibiscus syrup)
Crushed ice or ice cubes
Mixed fruits Ingredients
Jackfruits, cut cubes
Avocado, cut cubes
Nata de coco or Coconut flesh
Sweetened Grass jelly, cut cubes
Palm seeds (Atap seeds)
1. Prepare a dessert bowl, arrange fruits, palm seeds and grass jelly in a bowl.
2. Pour in some chilled coconut water, add in a drizzle of condensed milk and syrup. Topped with some ice cubes.
3. Lastly, pour in a bottle of chilled bird’s nest. Garnish dessert with mint leaves.
