2 cups New Moon Organic SupeRice (rice cooker cup measurement)
150ml organic coconut milk
2 pcs bayleaf
2 pcs lime leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, cut & bruised
3 slices galangal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pandan leaf, tie a knot.
1. Add water accordingly and cook in the rice cooker mixed rice mode.
