INGREDIENTS

2 bottle New Moon Essence of Chicken

1 black chicken

1 ginseng (cut into small pieces)

Handful of wolfberries

9 pcs pitted red dates

11 pcs Yu Zhu

Handful of shi fu (soak for 30 min )

1 litre of water

Method

1.)Cut chicken into quarters, remove skin, wash and blanch for 3 minutes

2.)Place chicken n all ingredients in the pot and double boiled 3-4 hours .3.)Once done, off heat and pour 2 bottles of New Moon Essence of Chicken. Cover the lid for 10 mins
