New Moon Essence of Chicken and Steamed Red Grouper
1 whole red grouper, make some scores on the fish body
1 bottle New Moon Essence of Chicken 2 cloves minced garlic 1 big red chilli, slice thinly 5 slices ginger Sauce mixture: 2 tablespoons light soy sauce or to taste 2 teaspoons mirin 1 small piece rock sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1. Prepare steamer to boil. 2. On the large deep plate, place fish with slices ginger, slice chili & sauce mixture, place it on boiling steamer and cover the lid. 3. Steam on medium high heat for 10 minutes or until fish are fully cooked. 4. Fried minced garlic with olive oil until golden brown, pour it all over the cooked steamed fish and garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves. 5. Lastly, add a bottle of Essence of chicken over the steamed grouper. Serve immediately.
