New Moon Essence of Chicken and Steamed Cod Fish
1 bottle New Moon Essence of Chicken
1 slice Cod fish
Ginger
Spring onions
Salt & pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1. Sprinkle some salt & pepper on both sides of fish. Set aside to marinate for 30mins
2. Heat up a pan on medium heat. Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil & stir fry the ginger till it turns brown & crisp. Then place them on top of the fish.
3. Cover the fish with an aluminium foil & steam for 10mins over medium high heat.
4. Open a bottle of Essence of Chicken & pour over the fish. Topped with spring onion & serve hot
