New Moon Essence of Chicken and Black Chicken
2 x 68ml bottles of New Moon Essence of chicken
1 black chicken or 4 chicken legs
10 pitted red dates
Few slices of ginseng
1 tablespoon of wolfberries
1 teaspoon light soy sauce to taste
1/3 teaspoon sea salt to taste
1. Rinse the chicken and trim off the fats.
2. Place the chicken and ingredients into a casserole and pour enough water into the chicken and steam for 45minutes or till cooked. If needed, season the chicken broth with more salt to taste.
3. Before serve, pour two bottles of Essence of chicken over the chicken and serve immediately.
