Egg Tofu with Meat Balls using New Moon Abalone Sauce
Ingredients: (serves 3)3 tubes of egg tofu, cut up and coated with plain flour15 pieces homemade meatballsFrozen mixed vegetables, washed and dry
Minced garlic
Marinade:
2 tablespoon New Moon Abalone Sauce1 tablespoon Hua Diao Wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1.5 teaspoon cornstarch
150ml water
1. Pan-fried the egg tofu in cooking oil until surface is golden brown. Set aside on serving plate with meatballs.
2. Saute minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Mix the marinade ingredients together, pour over the mixed veg and cook until the mixture boils.
5. Pour over the fried egg tofu and meatballs. Serve hot.
