Baked Macaroni with New Moon Jack Mackerel by Serene (@cookinginserenity)
150 Macaroni (boil, follow packaging instructions) 30g Shimeiji mushroom ( remove stem ) 5 pcs Brown mushroom ( slice ) 50g Big onion ( cut into cubes ) 80g Red capsicum ( slice ) 60g Green capsicum ( slice ) 2 cloves Garlic ( minced ) 1 can of New Moon Jack Mackerel ( I used 2 fish, mash n 3/4 tomato sauce ) 1/4 tsp Paprika . 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary 1 tsp Dried Parsley 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 4 tbsp Tomato sauce 1 tbsp Fish sauce 1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 Green lime ( juice ) 120g Mixed Mozzarella n Cheddar Cheese 4 thsp Water from macaroni ‘s boiled water
In a big bowl , put everything ( except cheese) in n mix well Transfer to ramekins n top with cheese ( I mixed my cheese a little ) Baked at 230 for 12 minutes or till your cheese brown Serve hot n enjoy
